Info & What to bring:
- Our Cruise departs from Oct – May from the beach in front of the Dolphin Discovery Centre. During the cooler months Jun-Sep we depart from the Leschenault Inlet Pump Beach 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the Centre.
- We recommend to bring: Sun protection, warm Jumper/windcheater especially on cooler days, Camera.
- A toilet is onboard the vessel.
- Adults need to have a form of ID like passports or driver’s license with them as you are entering an International Customs Zone.
Refund / Change / Cancellation Policy:
Full refund or reschedule is available up to 72 hours prior to your tour. Within 72 hours of departure failure to attend are charged 100% of the tour price. We highly recommend to take out Travel Insurance and ascertain that it covers cancellations due to illness etc. to protect yourself from any financial losses.
In the case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, vessel maintenance or minimum numbers we will re-book your tour for an alternative time suitable to you or offer a 100% refund. When considering cancelling tours our key consideration is your safety and comfort.
